Steeped in Tradition High Tea Co was born from a chance meeting at a local market, where two creative stallholders discovered a shared love for beautifully crafted food and the timeless ritual of high tea. Jill brought her eye for handcrafted timber and detail, while Simone shared her passion for wood-fired cooking — a meeting of artistry and flavour. Today, that same market spirit travels with us. As a mobile high tea experience, we bring the elegance of traditional high tea to your chosen setting, thoughtfully reimagined with our own refined twist. From carefully selected teas to lovingly prepared treats, every detail is designed to be shared and savoured. That’s why we visited Tour de Tea in New Farm, a small family-run business who personally blend each tea with care, and sampled dozens of blends to curate 12 premium teas — chosen to suit every palate and occasion. From fragrant floral infusions and delicate green teas to bold black teas and warming herbal blends, each tea is designed to take you on a journey around the world, perfectly complementing our sweet and savory delights and served freshly brewed in fine porcelain cups. Whether you’re enjoying a classic afternoon tea, a celebratory gathering, or a sunny park picnic, our hand-picked teas ensure every sip is a moment of indulgence, elegance, and exploration.

Enjoy this timeless high tea experience at your location or on-site, with all crockery, cutlery, and elegant styling provided. Relax on our beautifully styled picnic setups and indulge in a selection of sweet and savoury treats for humans, including delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with jam and cream, and petite pastries, paired with our premium teas. Your four-legged companions will delight in their very own Bark Charcuterie, featuring healthy, tail-wagging treats crafted just for them. Perfect for dog birthdays, club meetups, or sunny midday park gatherings, this on-location experience combines sophistication, indulgence, and playful fun — creating unforgettable moments for both you and your furry friends. $85 this includes you + 1 fur baby. Add an extra $15 for extra fur babies.
